My father entered the tea industry about 6-7 decades ago, I got into the tea industry about 4-5 decades ago and my children Saurav Bansal & Shivangi Agarwal got into the tea industry about 15 years ago. We have always been "tea people" - which means that for 3 generations now we have been very much present in the industry. It's safe to say that we have ample experience!
Always been a family run business, initially it started off by learning from the roots which are the tea plantations. Spending time at the plantations you get an idea on what are the key requisites to manufacture good quality tea. Acquiring that knowledge is vital to be able to recognize a well manufactured tea - be it CTC or Orthodox tea - the concepts are the same.
Being present at the root level also teaches you the key tricks of the trade which we have gauged only by our hardwork, dedication & commitment to our job.
About 3-4 decades ago we started exporting teas - since then we have fully mastered the art of purchasing top quality teas for our overseas clients and dealing with them with utmost sincerity and transparency. Our core beliefs are simple & straight forward - to cater to our clients' requirements with professionalism, commitment & transparency.
